DESIGN DRAWING ONLY PROCESS
STEP 01. Provide Design Drawings
Kindly have your R&D or procurement team submit the 2D design files, including the following information：
- 01 Material
- 02 Quantity for Production or Samples
- 03 Surface Treatment
- 04 Delivery Date
STEP 02. Fax or Email
Once the 2D design files and accompanying notes are ready, please send them to us via fax or email.
STEP 03. Quotation Response
We will promptly provide a quotation and return it to you.
STEP 04. First Sample Approval
After starting production, we will deliver the first sample for your dimensional verification. Upon your approval, full-scale production will proceed.
SAMPLE-ONLY PROCESS
STEP 01. Provide Sample
Please prepare the sample and include the following information：
- 01 Material
- 02 Quantity for Production or Samples
- 03 Surface Treatment
- 04 Delivery Date
STEP 02. Send the Sample
Once the sample and accompanying notes are ready, please send them to our company.
Send Samples To：No. 27, Lane 511, Taiping Road, Daxia Village, Hemei Township, Changhua County, Taiwan
STEP 03. Drawing Preparation
After the drawings are completed, we will request your confirmation before proceeding with the quotation.
STEP 04. Quotation Response
We will promptly prepare and send the quotation back to you.
STEP 05. First Article Approval
After starting production, we will provide the first article for your dimensional verification. Upon your approval, full-scale production will proceed.
